SoftWave Therapy in Fort Collins

Excellent staff and excellent treatments! Dr. Wallis and his staff goes above and beyond to provide the best experience with the best outcome. I have been going to Elevate for about 3 years now and have had nothing but a positive experience. I recently started the SoftWave therapy to treat chronic back pain from about a decade in the military.

At this point in my life I thought waking up and feeling like a screwdriver was jammed into my lumbar spine was just something I was going to have to tolerate for the rest of my life. Then I started the SoftWave treatments and it's as if a magic wand has nearly eliminated my lower back pain. I have tried dozens of things to just try and reduce this back pain by a fraction and nothing even comes close to the success of SoftWave. I feel 10 years younger by being able to spring out of bed in the morning!

ADJUSTMENTS AND NEUROPATHY

I was searching for a new chiropractor and Elevate was the one I chose.  I needed the chiropractic adjustments but was also concerned with neuropathy.  Elevate met my needs.All the doctors do a good job with the adjustments. Doctor Daniel and Doctor Dan are the chiropractors presently caring for me.Appointments and changes are well managed at the reception desk by Madison and Shelby.My foot neuropathy was severe enough to wake me from sleep and then keep me awake the rest of the night.  Doctor Dan explained their neuropathy program.  Stevie (RN) did the initial guidance and monitored the neuropathy care, which was complicated by a wound.  Later, Malissa (RN) continued and did the final evaluations of the treatment.  It worked!  As an older man in my late seventies, I was quite happy that it worked.  In fact, it reduced the neuropathy to where it is hardly noticeable now.  Thank you all.

SHOULDER REPAIR

My shoulder was very sore - I could not raise my arm above the shoulder.  My physician took x-rays.  The bone condition was decent enough to not warrant surgery (yet). A lot of physical therapy was prescribed, which was going to take a lot of time and interfere with my work.Elevate Chiropractic has a program using new (to me) technology. The process is called SoftWave.  In my layman terms, it is a non-invasive sound wave that irritates the bad cartilage/ligament materials and stimulates stem cells.  This worked.The tissues healed and my arm has full mobility.  The SoftWave technician, Giselle, knows exactly how to apply the treatment which to me seems similar to ultra-sound with noise.  This process was not covered by my insurance. BUT each session took less than fifteen minutes, and I could go back to work immediately.  I did not have to do the changing of clothing or the workout that physical therapy would have required.  Elevation’s process saved time and was a pleasant process.  It is worth the cost. The staff at Elevate is amazing! They are friendly, make me feel welcomed on my visits and are always willing to listen to any concerns I may have throughout the progression of my care there! Throughout my treatment, I made the decision to give softwave a try, in hopes of relieving more of the pain I was having in my lower back and leg. After just one session of softwave treatment, I started to notice a difference.

And after a full round of treatments, it is amazing the difference I have noticed. I no longer have the fear of working out because of the intense  pain I knew would follow and I can go through a long week of work (which generally includes being on my feet for about 7 hrs a day before having a chance to sit down) and not having the sharp, throbbing pain I had before softwave. I am so glad I gave softwave and the team at Elevate a chance!
