Dr. Daniel Wallis is a Fort Collins, Colorado native, who’s passion for health and service began at an early age. After high school in Fort Collins, Dr. Wallis spent the next 9 years in higher education, earning a bachelors degree in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado, working as a personal trainer and health coach for 2 years, and then moving to Atlanta, Georgia to pursue a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University. Dr. Wallis is honored to be back in the Northern Colorado community, and to be a part of Elevating the health of this area.
Dr. Wallis is passionate about giving back to others. Whether it was multiple mission trips to Thailand, Guatemala, and Belize to build housing, or biking across America in 2008 to raise funds and awareness for people with disabilities in the US, Dr. Wallis feels as though he has been given an opportunity to serve, and will make sure this continues. When he is not in the office teaching others about health, or speaking to groups, you can find Dr. Wallis together with his wife Elise working out in the Colorado outdoors, or with her on a Sunday after church wandering the local Whole Foods, dreaming up their next home cooked healthy meal.
Elise grew up in Glen Arm, MD, a small suburb of Baltimore, Maryland. She was heavily involved with sports and was a 3-sport athlete throughout her high school career. She went on to the University of Colorado, Boulder to receive her degree in Economics.
Elise is the Co-Owner and Office Manager at Elevate Chiropractic and, more often than not, you will find her smiling at the front desk. When Elise is not in the office, you can find her running the Colorado trails with her husband, at the farmers market finding local fare, or experimenting in the kitchen.
“I am proud and honored to join my husband, Dr. Daniel, in serving the beautiful community of Northern Colorado with natural health care. I have experienced, firsthand, the benefits of chiropractic care in both my life and my family’s lives, and am excited to see it benefit this community. I look forward to meeting you and your family!”, says Elise.
Dr. Sheldon Quigley is a Colorado native with a passion for health and a heart for serving others. After spending high school overseas in Morocco, he and his family moved back to Colorado, where he pursued a human performance and sports degree. Following college, he enlisted in the Army as a combat medic and spent the next four years aiding and serving his brothers and sisters in arms in the US and abroad. Shortly after his service in the Army, he took a season to hike the entire Colorado trail and raise awareness for veteran suicide to remember his friends and others who have taken their lives after service to their country.
Coming from a family of Chiropractors and with military medical experience, Dr. Sheldon decided to carry that legacy, moving to Dallas, TX, where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic at Parker University.
Dr. Sheldon is excited to be back in Northern Colorado, serving as a member of Elevate Chiropractic and Neuropathy so he can do and educate the community on the benefits of holistic health and wellness. When Dr. Sheldon is not in the office, you will find him engaging in his passion for the outdoors or spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and his two kids.
I am a Colorado native, born in Fort Collins and I love serving the community that raised me. My passion is for serving people through intentional care and communication. I am an RN and worked 11 years at Poudre Valley Hospital, and although I loved the time served in Western medicine, I have enjoyed focusing on the holistic approach to care. In my free time, my husband, 11 year old son and I love ALL THINGS SPORTS! On the weekends you will find us year round on a court or field of some type either participating or supporting our favorite teams! Go Rams and Go Broncos!

Mindee fell in love with health in all aspects eight years ago when she decided to take up long-distance running. She loved how living a healthy lifestyle made her feel better in every way; soon she had a passion to share that feeling with others. It wasn’t until she began going to Elevate Chiropractic that she knew what she wanted to do for a career. She was immediately drawn to the holistic side of health and loved learning more about the body from Dr. Dan. She is grateful everyday to be a part of this business.
Mindee is originally from Colorado and is proud to be a Colorado native. Because she grew up in the mountains, she has a love for conquering the beautiful Colorado 14ers and tackling a hard trail run. She and her husband have two kids and a spoiled corgi. When Mindee isn’t in the office, you can find her in a coffee shop or hanging out with her family.
Kaytlyn was born and raised in Northern Colorado. Once she graduated from Windsor High School, she spent a few years searching for her true passion in life. After visiting a chiropractor for an out-of-place rib, and discovering the benefits of chiropractics first hand, she felt inspired to enter the industry. She has now found her passion for helping others and making a difference in their lives. Kaytlyn enjoys spending quality time with her husband, three dogs, and three cats. She also enjoys taking care of their 50 houseplants. If Kaytlyn’s not at home or in the office, she’ll most likely be found hiking the trails up in Rocky Mountain National Park.
