As a patient with Elevate, we provide a transparent insurance and payment policy. All information regarding these policies can be found below.

At Elevate, we are passionate about educating our community in the truth about health and healing, by offering solutions to families to make a positive generational shift in HEALTHcare.  Because of this we have created simple and flexible payment options so that our patients can receive the services they need and deserve.  We accept payment from Medicare as well as Auto Accident insurance and cases.  With all others, we are a Direct Pay provider, which means our patients pay us directly.  Upon request we are happy to provide a statement of account to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.  This allows us the freedom to provide our best recommendations for the care you need without being tied to unreasonable insurance limitations and regulations.

Our first step is always a COMPLIMENTARY consultation and health history.  Consider this a risk free way to get to know our office and allow us to learn about your situation in order to determine if we are able to help you achieve the results you are looking for.   If you decide to move forward, our initial evaluation and full exam, including any diagnostics and X-rays is $80.  Schedule here.

Medicare/Medicaid

‍

We are In-Network and accept Medicare.  Medicare does not cover initial exams, but often provides full or partial coverage for up to 12 chiropractic adjustments depending on your plan.  Please bring a copy of your Medicare card and driver’s license.  We will do a complimentary benefits check so that you know exactly where your deductible stands as well as any copays or co-insurance before any services are provided.

Unfortunately Medicaid does not pay for Chiropractic services in the state of Colorado.  Therefore we can utilize our affordable cash rates, family plans, or financing if needed.

Personal Injury/Auto

‍

One of the most important times to seek corrective chiropractic care is after an Auto accident.  It only takes 4 miles per hour to create a whiplash, and over 50% of cases end up with chronic pain.  We want the best for our community and make sure your accident is just a bad memory, not something you wake up in pain with every day.  Please fill out our auto accident paperwork and submit.  Be sure to have your auto accident claim number and any details of the case, and we will handle the leg work to determine if your case is open and payable by a third party.  We will work together with your auto insurance and attorney (if you have one) to make sure you get the help you need and back to your pre-accident health and quality of life.

It matters to us to offer ways for our patients to receive the care they need, no matter their budget.  Most of our patients find our care affordable, but for those who need extra help, we do offer in house payment plans as well as financing options (based on third party credit check) so you don’t have to delay the care you need.  Options include Care Credit and several others.

What is SoftWave? What does it do?

Do adjustments hurt?

Our adjusting techniques are very safe, specific and gentle.   We don't need to twist or crack or pop in advanced chiropractic techniques to achieve lasting change and results.  Some people may experience mild soreness depending on the situation, but adjustments do not hurt in our office.

Why do kids need adjusted?

Healthy kids become healthy adults, and it is much easier to keep a healthy child that way through adulthood, than "fix" a broken adult.  

We strongly value proactive health from an early age, and we want to see your kids and family thriving!  Kids have spines, and therefore they have potential for interference within the nervous system.  The birth process itself can be hard not only on moms, but also on babies if there is any twisting or pulling of the head or neck on the way out.  As kids grow and develop, their spines and nervous systems need to be optimized for proper development, but also they will likely experience falls, sports injuries, among other things.

Another common cause of nerve damage is auto-immunity.

Auto-immune diseases are diseases where the immune system mistakenly starts to attack the body. That’s right! Many times the immune system is actually killing the nerves of peripheral neuropathy sufferers. This is why thorough testing is vitally important to helping peripheral neuropathy.

Can peripheral nerves heal?

Yes! It is well established in the scientific literature that peripheral nerves can and do heal. The key issue is that not only do we need to get the nerves healing but we have to stop whatever is causing the nerve damage in the first place. In order to effectively heal nerve damage, four factors must be determined:

  • What is the underlying cause of the nerve damage?
  • How severe is the nerve damage?
  • What types of nerve fibers are damaged?

You have sensory nerves (both small fiber nerves and large diameter nerves) and motor nerves (that control movement of your muscles) NOTE: If there is muscle weakness from neuropathy for greater than two years, the damage to the muscles will probably be permanent!
